Click the link to create your own editable copy of The Follow Through in Google Sheets. (You'll need to be signed into your Google Account).

Don't jump straight into the weekly pages. Start with START HERE tab. It will walk you through setting up your 12-week cycle.

Once you've entered your start date, your 12-week system will activate.
